Leap year?
Uses the Date calendar which auto-handles Feb 29.
Negative value?
When end is before start (or target already passed) you get negative days, meaning earlier/already passed.
Format?
YYYY-MM-DD; reference left empty uses the client's today.

This tool counts calendar days with no holiday exclusion.
